The complete bespoke projectWhen the home, or the venue, deserves a project of its own.
We design everything, from the spaces to the lighting to furniture drawn for the job, and we follow the site through to handover. It is not on the price list, and it should not be: scope, price and dates are written into a dedicated contract before we start.
Five stages, from survey to handover.
- 01Survey and brief
Site visit, measured survey and photos. We check services, constraints and the state of the walls, and we put needs, timings and budget in writing.
- 02Preliminary design
Layout study: circulation, natural light, where the services can go. Outline plans, first finishes and a spending estimate.
- 03Detailed and construction design
Dimensioned plans, elevations and sections, schedule of materials and finishes, lighting layout. Drawings and specification for whoever builds it.
- 04Bespoke furniture
Production drawings for the pieces that do not exist in a catalogue, material samples, a prototype where needed, then production.
- 05Supply and site supervision
Programme, orders, checking measurements before production, site inspections and handover.

The one-hour consultation costs €129 and, if you then furnish with us, we give you 25% of it back as a voucher.
What applies to every service.
We write them down first, so there is nothing to argue about later. Full version in the General terms of Archade Studio.
The scope is the service page
Every service includes exactly what is written on its page, in the quantities stated. Anything not written under What is included is not part of the service. Extra requests go through the extras on the price list or through another service.
Revisions
A revision is one round of changes on what was delivered. A change of brief, of room, of product or of style is a new service. Revisions must be requested within 10 days of delivery, in a single email.
Delivery times
The days stated are working days and start from receipt of the complete material. Incomplete or late material moves the delivery by the same number of days. We do not offer rush delivery: the times are the ones on the page.
Payment
Payment is 100% in advance at the time of purchase on the site. For consumers: at checkout we ask for consent to start the service immediately and acknowledgement that, once work has begun, the right of withdrawal lapses as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (art. 59, letter a).
Communication
One point of contact on each side. Communication is by email to studio@archadedesign.com quoting the order number. Video calls are only the ones listed on the service page.
Material you send us
Photos, measurements and files you send us must be yours or usable by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you give us: a project based on wrong measurements has to be redone as a new service.
Formats and source files
We deliver in the formats stated on the service page. Source files (3D scenes, layout files) remain with Archade except where the page says otherwise.
Use of the images
Renders from services bought by private customers are for personal use. Commercial use (advertising, property listings, catalogues, company websites) requires the licence on the price list, already included in the 10-view packs and in the subscription. Archade may show the work in its own portfolio, without the client's personal details.
Site visits
No service includes a site visit, except where stated or bought as an extra. We work from photos, measurements and floor plans.
Prices
Prices are in euro, VAT included, and may change: the price at the time of purchase applies.
Archade Voucher
For the services that provide it, on delivery the client receives a nominal voucher worth 25% of the price of the service, valid for 60 days in the Archade shop with the minimum order shown on the service page. The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, cannot be transferred and does not apply to services.
Large projects, bespoke work and industrial design
The complete bespoke design of a home or a venue (Archade Lab), industrial projects, mass-produced products, royalty contracts and supplies for hotels and the contract sector are not on the price list: they are assessed privately with a dedicated contract. Write to studio@archadedesign.com.

Can I ask for one more change beyond the revisions included?
Yes. It is called Additional revision, it costs €79 and you will find it among the extras. If instead you change your mind about the room, the product or the style, that is a new service.
Can I pay later, or in two instalments?
No. Payment is in advance and happens on the site, as it does for furniture. That is what lets us keep prices fixed and start straight away.
I do not have a floor plan. Is a hand drawing all right?
Yes, if it has the main measurements: length and width of the room, position of doors and windows, ceiling height.
Do you do site visits?
Only if you buy it as an extra, in Bologna and province. Everything else we do from photos, measurements and floor plans: it is faster and it costs less.
Can I use the render to sell my home?
Yes, with the commercial use licence (€149), which is already included in the 10-view packs and in the subscription.
How does the Archade Voucher work?
After delivery you receive a voucher worth 25% of the price of the service, valid for 60 days in the shop, with the minimum order written on the service page. You spend it on furniture.
I have a big project, a product to manufacture in series, a hotel to furnish.
It is not on the price list, and it should not be.
