General terms of Archade Studio, the services division of Archade Design Solutions di Carlo Maria Crespi Perellino, VAT no. 04249951205, Bologna. They apply to all services bought on archadedesign.com in the Studio section and supplement the Terms and conditions of the site. Last updated: September 2026.
1. The scope is the service page
Each service includes exactly what is written on its page, in the quantities stated. Anything that is not written under “What it includes” is not part of the service. Further requests go through the extras in the price list or through another service.
2. Revisions
A revision is one round of changes to what has been delivered. A change of brief, of room, of product or of style is a new service. Revisions must be requested within 10 days of delivery, in a single email.
3. Delivery times
The days stated are working days and start from receipt of the complete material. Incomplete or late material moves the delivery by the same number of days. We do not offer rush delivery: the times are the ones on the page.
4. Payment
Payment is made in full in advance at the time of purchase on the site. For consumers: at checkout you are asked to consent to the service starting immediately and to acknowledge that, once work has begun, the right of withdrawal lapses as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (art. 59, letter a).
5. Communications
One contact person on each side. Communications take place by email to studio@archadedesign.com, quoting the order number. Video calls are only the ones provided for on the service page.
6. Material you send us
Photos, measurements and files you send us must be yours or usable by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you give us: a project based on wrong measurements has to be redone as a new service.
7. Formats and source files
We deliver in the formats stated on the service page. Source files (3D scenes, layout files) remain with Archade except where the page says otherwise.
8. Use of the images
Renderings for services bought by private customers are for personal use. Commercial use (advertising, property listings, catalogues, company websites) requires the licence in the price list, already included in the 10-view packages and in the subscription. Archade may show the work in its own portfolio, without the customer personal data.
9. Site visits
No service includes a site visit, except where stated or bought as an extra. We work from photos, measurements and floor plans.
10. Prices
Prices are in euro, VAT included, and may change: the price at the time of purchase applies.
11. Archade voucher
For the services that provide for it, on delivery the customer receives a personal voucher equal to 25% of the price of the service, valid for 60 days on the Archade shop with the minimum order stated on the service page. The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, cannot be transferred and does not apply to services.
12. Large projects and industrial design
Industrial projects, production items, royalty agreements and supplies for hotels and contract work are not in the price list: they are agreed privately under a dedicated contract. Write to studio@archadedesign.com.
